The wine cellar is an essential part of Sobretablas

Robert, Sobretablas´ sommelier, has selected over 250 Spanish and European wines, offering well known traditional brands, as well as small producers' with interesting new flavours. The cellar has also a section for Andalusian wines, with a special focus on the Jerez (home of sherry) area. The cellar also includes a selection of sparkling wines from the country, highlighting their singularities compared to the already known champagne, as well as a variety of more natural and organic wines, not usually offered in Sevilla.
