Who we are

Both Camila Ferraro (professional cook) and Robert Tetas (sommelier) have great experience in the field of high-end catering and they are currently offering a new type of cuisine in Sevilla. Camila has been head chef in several restaurants awarded with Michelin stars and Robert has been named second best sommelier both in Andalucía and Cataluña. They both met while working in Can Roca restaurant and several years later they decided to undertake this exciting new project together.

The restaurant is located in El Porvenir neighborhood, in a unique building that was built for the Iberoamerican exhibition, which took place in Sevilla in 1929. The building’s facade preserves its original style, while the interior was remodeled, offering an amazing terrace and several private dining rooms.

Since the restaurant opened in 2018, Sobretablas has been very well received in the city and has been awarded several prizes such as “Mejor apertura 2018” (best opening) given by Gurmé Sevilla, “Mejor cocinera 2019 de Sevilla “ (best female cook) given by Talento Gastro and a finalist in “Mejor sumiller 2019 de Sevilla” (best sommelier) given by Talento Gastro. Moreover, it has also been awarded “Big Gourmand 2020” given by Michelin Guide and has been included among the Guia Repsol recommendations. Last but not least, Camila has been named “mejor cocinera revelación de España” (best new Spanish Chef) by Madrid Fusión.
